Mitchell Smith will facilitate this session. Mitchell is the owner of Pike Consulting Group, LLC and has been involved in the construction industry for over 17 years. He worked as a subcontractor in the south metro Atlanta area before working as a finish manager for Meyer-Sutton Homes. He later formed MLT Contracting, LLC, a custom building company. Mitchell also spent time as a Firefighter for over 20 years and has taught many safety classes with the Fire Service and has certified training in High Angle Rope rescue and rigging techniques as well as many other life saving skills. Mitchell's training through the Fire Service combined with his knowledge of the construction industry has allowed him to develop a safety system that helps Builders and Subcontractors understand OSHA and how to become OSHA compliant in a fashion that anyone in the construction industry can understand.

The Housing Institute has approved this seminar for three (3) continuing education credits. This session is approved under the Rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education hours.

CREDIT NOTE: Any session approved for Georgia Real Estate Credit or Georgia State Licensing Credit requires all participant to attend the full session to receive credit. The participant is required to sign-in and sign-out. If the participant misses to sign-in and/or sign-out they will not be permitted to receive credit for the session. Sorry no exceptions.
