Participants in this course will be educated on the differences between media rooms and game rooms from a usage standpoint as well as specific design characteristics relative to equipment, furnishings, power requirements, ventilation, lighting, and acoustics. Attendees will also walk away with the knowledge of how and when to engage an electronics systems professional in the design and build process.

Kirk Baker will facilitate this session. Kirk is the CEO of Safe & Sound, Inc., Atlanta's Premiere Electronic Lifestyle Designers. Kirk is an ESPA certified installer and holds CEDIA certifications as a Registered Outreach Instructor and a Level II Professional Installer.

The Housing Institute has approved this seminar for three (3) continuing education credits. This session is approved under the Rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education hours.

CREDIT NOTE: Any session approved for Georgia Real Estate Credit or Georgia State Licensing Credit requires all participant to attend the full session to receive credit. The participant is required to sign-in and sign-out. If the participant misses to sign-in and/or sign-out they will not be permitted to receive credit for the session. Sorry no exceptions.
